Bungalow Integration: Hanuman Nagar

Nestled in the prime residential zone of Hanuman Nagar, Belagavi, this newly constructed 4-bedroom bungalow represents the perfect marriage of modern architectural design and smart-home engineering.

Our client, a prominent business owner in Karnataka, requested a clean, clutter-free installation: seamless scene lighting control, biometric locks, curtain tracks, and high-speed Wi-Fi, without visible server stacks or wire nests.

The Challenge

With three floors structured primarily using reinforced concrete columns, wireless signals suffered heavy attenuation. Furthermore, the client requested that all structural automation work remain invisible, preserving high-end wooden paneling and marble backdrops.

Our Engineering Blueprint

We designed a dual approach:

• Structured Backbone: We terminated Cat6 copper runs in a centralized network box located out of sight in the utility room. Three dual-band access points were ceiling-mounted across levels, configured with seamless roaming handoff.
• Switch Retrofitting: We deployed Nook's compact BLE/Wi-Fi switch modules behind existing mechanical switchboard layouts. This preserved the tactile marble wall plates chosen by the client.
• Biometric Gate & Door: We automated the heavy sliding front gate with an obstruction-detecting motor system and equipped the main teak door with a sleek biometric lock.

The Result

Today, the Hanuman Nagar bungalow runs fully automated. Outside lights trigger systematically relative to local sunset times. The client can open the sliding gate remotely from their car, and activate the "Welcome Home" scene (which draws front curtains and triggers soft foyer lighting) via fingerprint.

Importantly, internet speeds are stable at 250+ Mbps across all bedrooms, decks, and lawns, backed by dedicated VLAN bands isolating switch instructions from home streaming devices.
